* Sounds like a great view! I used to wear short skirts in college and squat down to the lower bookshelves quite often. I also used to just go ahead and sit indian style right there in the aisle. Anyone looking would have gotten a great view of my panties but if I saw that someone was staring at me close enough to sniff my kitty I probably would have freaked out and left.

Best places to go for panty shots are shoe shops. Best in summer. girls in skirts opening their legs when trying on their shoes when sitting down. Top tip is to position yourself so that you can get the angle in the standing mirror. It's kind of funny, since i like to see other girls panties when they don't think they are showing. I've showed my panties in the library before. The guy in the next isle dropped his books and I had to pretend to ignore him. He seemed pretty worked up, and that got me absolutely dripping. I had to go to the bathroom on that floor and relieve myself. When I came out he was gone, but the men's single on the floor was occupied too. I just found out a while ago that I liked to look at other woman's panties. Mostly when they don't know. i think it's a modesty violated thing. i have been flashing my panties for a long time.
