Were the panties you kept in your room worn or clean? Did you jack in your mom’s panties? If so, instead of keeping them you could have left them so that your mom would find them. I think your expectations were too high when you wanted spanking for keeping the panties. I think at 16-17 you were too old for a spanking. However, I think I understand your desire seeing spanking as something other than punishment.
