An old movie (early ''80s) that's probably out of print, called Breaking All the Rules. A decent upskirt, an amazing bendover scene that's close up of a girl with a great a$$ and pink panties (not cotton!), and another butt shot of a girl in white panties. Very nice stuff indeed.

Also, Body Double has a couple of awesome scenes of Melanie Griffith dancing in LOVELY white panties in front of a window. Worth a rental.

Probably a body double in for Molly Ringwald. The camera does not use one continuous take. Heck the "upskirt" scene could have been shot at a separate time from the library scene. We simply cannot know without honest testimony from the camera person.

Surprised nobody mentioned "Animal House" where John Belusi is on a ladder looking thru the window of a sorority house with several nubile young women in fullcut briefs and/or slips, etc.

Another classic of course is Marilyn Monroe in the "Seven Year Itch" where she stands over a grate with the wind of the moving subway trains blowing her skirts up high in the air, although one does not get that good a peak at her panties, mainly just a quick glimpse of the lower legband.
