I don't wear them all the time, but I'd say it's almost every day. If I don't wear them through my work day I usually put panties on when I get home. I'd wear them all the time, but when I'm wearing them I have a hard time concentrating on anything else...

Why do we need a law? We are coping well enough with what we have. If we make too much noise the most likely outcome is a law banning men wearing womens' clothes of any kind. Do not try to mend what is not broken.
