Went to the Limited Too this weekend to buy some new spring undies, I had received a 25% off coupon at the LTD2 a couple of weeks before, and unfortunately it expired on May 17th, and I was there May 18th!
I was the first one in the store, and after perusing and acquiring what I needed I went to pay. The girl and I got bantering and I asked her if she would be awesome enough to still honor my coupon. She declined, saying it was past expiration and it wouldnt work anyway. i was bummed but i said i understood completely.
she asked who I was buying for and when I am asked that I dont hold back, Im honest, so I said, "just for me". she of course didnt believe me so I showed her the LTD2 bra and panties I was wearing and she giggled and said she thought it was cute, and because I was honest she went ahead and just took 25% off anyway!
moral of the story, be honest, it pays off!
