YES, End of free pics and many who have uploaded a lot of pics over the years do not even have access to them to get the URL to make sure they email to the webmaster to delete them. I strongly suggest that everyone who has ever uploaded pics to email the webmaster and demand that all pics uploaded prior to this change be deleted.

what is the problem, if you post and contribute pictures, you will still get access to everything.... If you dont, then dont you think it's only right to contribute something towards the upkeep of the site???..

hi jbatt, we are getting the final bits in place. At some stage today, there will be a script that will run that will credit all those that have contributed 10 pics in the last 90 days with free access. I will let everyone know when this is done.

I have been contributing since 2006. This seemed to be the one bastion of pure sharing without any $$$$ in a world where everyone is grabbing for money.

Whilst we have been one bastion of pure sharing, we (myself and Annabelle) have been paying all the server / hosting / bandwidth and development costs. We believe that as a sharing community, it is the right thing to do for several reasons.

Those that contribute 10 pics a month keep all their access privldeges so there not a problem there

As a sharing community, it's right that those that dont want to contribute pictures, but do want to view the pictures of thos that do contribute, pay a nominal fee for hosting / bandwidth / server charges and the development of the site and the community.

Seems that those who love panties and everything to do with them are going to have to pay for there passion. I am one who can not pay as I do not wish to have my wife know of this desire. All those who are in the same boat are going to have to suffer as well. I am not in the habit of prostituting myself by selling pics to get free membership. When I first registered to the site (around a year ago), I was surprised it was a free site, specially considering there are costs involved. Of course, the material was provided by the community which kept things "fresh". For that, thanks to Annabelle, John and all the community.

Said that, I am disappointed the decision was taken without announcing it and/or checking with the community first, specially considering a large amount of the material is provided by us. Will I pay for the subscription? I will take a wait-and-see approach. If there is a reduction on material submitted, then probably I will not.

We mooted the point in discussion on the forums some time ago as well more recently announcing our intentions. To be honest, it's not something we really wanted to do. I know some may doubt that, but the fact the site has been free for so long is testament to our desire to keep it free.

What has finaly pushed us over the edge is 2 particularly disturbing email exchanges with parents who were upset and angered to find their kids had accessed this site and visited it regularly. The registration process does not give us any guarantees as to someones age, and threats about getting law enforcement involved, have meant we have had to take steps to ensure that age is checked and verified before people can access pictures.

So, in for a penny, in for a pound. There are a lot of costs that we have simply absorbed and with our desire to get further enhancements and developments into the the site, but lacking the technical skills to do so, we have taken on a part time guy simply to look at putting into place developments that subscribers want such as chat, on line messaging and profiles and so on, hence the price of $4.95.

We did let members know this was happening it just not all members read the forums. We have been talking about this for sometime now but kept it free but things needed to change as we was getting minors coming in and members not giving anything to the site but willing to take what they wanted and say what they wanted know matter if it hurt members feeling. And also to let members post the pictures that they want has long as they do not break the law.

I am relatively new to the site but I've been a regular visitor since. While I only have a few pics uploaded I would like them removed. I understand your need to recoup your losses but there are other ways to do so.

Gutted! i like many others have submitted stories and pics but can no longer access them.

Regarding the underage issues did you not think to have some kind of ageverification system put in place ie credit card/non billing or some other system?

Think this is the end for the site if you go down this road requesting payment.

there are a lot of what used to be members of this once good site who have posted a bunch of pics, who now not only cant see their own pics...but cant delete them either, you think you have almost 17000 users??? wake up you will be lucky to end up with 500, i know some of the posters on the site, will now require you to delete all their pics....and if you think different, yall in for a wake up call buddy

Subscriber report has now been run. This means that anyone who has contributed more than 10 pics over the last 90 days now has access to the subscribers area.

65 Users have been added / upgraded.

The script will now run once every 30 days so in order to keep / gain subscriber access, you need to add / post 10 pics per month.

What about all of us who have contributed before, I think I have posted more than 10, 20, 30 maybe more. I think that I will be happy to continue to contribute but I didn't like the idea of being cut OFF completely as I have been, I think that it would be nice to get the free membership based on how many pics we HAVE contributed in the past and then keep things going with more contributions, don't you think?

It is a shame that it has come to this, but I guess it was bound to happen.
In all honesty, I expected it to happen sooner or later. Running these sites even as a freebie, is expensive in its' maintanance, and in its server
and provider costs. Most of the time webmasters who run free sites must go on one of two ways. Either he or she has plenty of money to lease a spot whithen a server,,keep it up and maintain the site, or they must depend on a "Mother" server for a spot to uphold the site, often at the expense of all kinds of porno "Ads" floating around and causing a nuisance.
Many times these porno servers get closed down, and when that happens
every thing is lost to the leased site, for that is deleted too.
So as a solution, and a means of defraying the costs, you place your site on a respectable server and pay a hefty fee. You lease that place just like a store would lease an area to remain in buisiness. These server costs are paid for by a wealthy owner who wants a free site, or a group of owners who can afford it, or a wealthy sponsor, .....or they become a pay site and spread the costs among memberships. Those of you who were free members in a show of faith should either join the site, or in the case of not wanting to pay out for membership, chalk it up as the end of a great thing and wish it luck and just move on.

John! Can you run this subscriber report daily? I just posted 10 pix last night to retain my access (and you have posted them!), but this was evidently done after you ran this report. I really do not like the prospect of another month of no access when I have met the conditions. I'm not complaining, I understand your situation, I just would like for you to keep up with the subscriber reporting/eligibility thing much more frequently. As a brand new member, another month might be a deal killer for me.

I dont believe we can run the report daily, I know the developer did say it took a fairly long time to run and uses up a fair amount of system resources (as it goes through every member looking for pictures they have contributed and the date they were added and so on)

I will speak to him about running it weekly though. Would that be better?

We are now setting the sript to run every 7 days. What it will do is count back 30 days from each Sunday and do the contributor calculation then.

I agree entirely that $5 a month is not a bad fee for what you get out of it, and that fee is waived if you submit a certain number of photo's per month. I think that everyone should stop gripping about it and learn to live with it. Myself, I am very happy to stay with what is free. I am not that much into the IM, chatrooms, and expanded photo's, and I don't take very many photo's to add to your photo list and I am on disability for the next three months or so, therefore money is scarce so the free section is fine with me, and I feel that the majority of the members will stay with this option, which I am very grateful for still being free. If you are one of the ones that are into the IM, chatrooms and lots of pix, then $5 really is not that much to have to pay for these services. Once again Annabelle and John, thank you so much for this wonderful site. I am a member of this as well as PantiesForMen.com, and PantiesEtc.com and enjoy each of them for what they have that are either the same or different from the others. Peta

In the meantime, since i have my pantie clad ass all over the top of one of your picture pages (which meets the subscriber requirements), do you think one of you can update my account to give me the access for which i now qualify? Without waiting another month?

I've posted more then 10 pics, not in the last 90 days, but I bet between 20 and 30 pics overall....it doesn't make sense that you have a time frame/free upgrade system going....not everyone can take pics whenever they want. Sucks that I can't use the pic section fully when my own pics are in there.....can something be done about this?

If you have posted this month the system will pick you up. Every sunday the system will add new members to the site. And you only have to add 10 more each month which I think is fair and doable.
