I will try and give a concise summary of where we are in the whole process.

FOR SUBSCRIBERS AND CONTRIBUTORS
------------------------------------------------

A 90 days script was run yesterday whereby all members that had contributed 10 pics or more over the last 90 days were moved into the subscriber category and given full access as contributors to this site.

60+ users were added, so for regular contributors, you should have full access to everything.

That said, there is still an issue with restarting your session. In order to do this, you need to log out and then log back in. That will start a new session and all should be good.

If that is not the case, please email me asap.

Those contributors that have been added should have a recieved an email telling them that.

If anyone thinks they have been missed out or they are having problems, please let me know asap.

There is also auto script set to run every sundays that will count picture contributions during the period and provided you have uploaded 10 approved, original and non copyrighted pics during the sundays pick up, your subscriber status will remain, or if you didn't have subscriber status, you will get it.

The script will only run every sundays so you may have to wait a while before it counts you in.

For those members using the subscribe option, please log out once you have signed up, and then re log in again. That would update the cpg session and all should be ok.

FOR NON SUBSCRIBERS / NON CONTRIBUTORS

We have allocated all premium features of the site to the subscriber group so things such as pictures, private messaging and access to the VIP lounge are now for subscribers only. Further features and enhancements, including chat, will be added shortly.

To become a subscriber, you only need to do the 10 picture a month contribution thing, or pay the minimal fee of 4.95

Trust us, we have not taken this decision lightly, and for all the talk / reasoning around it, I refer you to the other posts in this subscriber issue forum

FOR THOSE WANTING TO LEAVE / ACCOUNT DELETIONS

If you would like to leave the community and would like all your pictures deleted, we will do our best to get this done for you in a timely manner. Just either email us, or let us know here on the forums, and we will take care of it.

I will say that we are not perfect, and before threats of legal action, of which we have had a couple, once your deleted, have a look at the thumbs (you will have to do that as a non registered user though) and if you see anything you think we have missed, let us know and we will take a look and get to it asap.

Lastly, I will also say that a lot of those wanting to leave us state how much they have contributed in the past and I will refer those to the first part of this message. It may be that you already have subscriber status and you have been added. Check your email, and try the log out / log solution.

PICTURE DELETIONS
------------------------

We will only delete pictures when requested to do so by the legal copyright owner of that picture. We will not delete pictures that are legaly owned by someone else and they have simply been reposted here by a third party. The lawful copyright holder and legal owner of the picture must show us they have full and complete legal ownership of any pictures, must indicate where there pictures are on the site and give us a brief description to ensure we are able to delete them accurately. They should also give us some evidence of their legal ownership of those pictures

yes all you have to do is to post 10 pic's now and the system will pick you up on sunday and you will be given gold membership. Then just keep posting 10 a month and you will be able to keep your free membership. But I must tell you that they do have to be your pictures and not pictures rom other sites. We have to be careful with copy rights.

Are pictures submitted to this very site used by the webmasters anywhere else or are the strictly used here?

Just wondering about this and if people submit images but less than ten come thru will images still be posted here or anywhere else so others can view them but the actual owner of the images cannot?

We do not claim any ownership of any of the submitted pictures and we do not use them anywhere else. They are not ours to do so.

Pictures contributed to this site remain the property of the creator. If a contributor posts a third party image, eg one from another commercial site, with their permission, and we allow it to be posted, it naturaly remains the property of the commercial site and will be removed if the commercial site asks us to do so.

But, no, any pictures posted here are not used by the owners of this site and cant be legaly. However, we have no control over whether another member copies the pictures and reposts.

the rules of picture contribution are that in order to gain access to "Gold Member Status" you need to contribute 10 approved pictures every 30 days. If you contribute less than 10, then you wont gain access to gold status unless you become a paid subscriber

Lots of pictures but hardly any comments. Seems as though this site is dying on its arse due to the subcription rules and the copyright infringement laws. I see no reason why posting a pic with copyright/website is a problem. At the end of the day this site would be advertising for someone elses gain. So my view is stick the copyright where the sun doesn't shine and another thing, If you didnt want your pic being shown elsewhere then dont get your tits and arse out for a cameraman. Enough Said!

Hey,

I have added a lot of pics in the past. Is there any way that i can have access and i will def contribute enough pics. I used contribute all the time, in fact before the site was rebuilt i had a ton of pics on here under the username of pantygirlslut UID> I take pics of my wife regularly and i just have not been able to upload lately, if you give me full access i will definetly add more pics.

I really hoppe we can work something out...this is my FAV site.

Just because you "see no reason why posting a pic with copyright/website is a problem." Does not make it legal. If the owner of copyrighted material wants to make a stink then they can and I doubt that " Iamthepantyman said its ok with him" would be a valid reason or defense for using pics without permission.

I hvae just taken a look at you seem to be in the system as a gold member. Are you still having problems. If so logout from the altogether then resign back in as this sometimes reset all your details again with the site.

Has the upload rules changed? I uploaded some pictures (about 12) last week and have waited for a full week (Sunday "batch" run) but still nothing... Sad

And, yes, I logged off and logged back in.

All the pictures that I have uploaded for you are all in your album. And if you look into the album that we have you will see them there. ie "men in panties".

When I try to look at any picture, including my own, I get a "This area is for Subscribed members only" message/picture instead. That's why I was asking about the ratio, i.e., should it be 10 pictures or it ought to be more now?

Also could you tell me when you last uploaded pictures. As you do have to uploaded 10 pictures a month to keep yourself active to look at the albums.

About a week ago I tired to reregister back to the vip section on CCbilling. and it didn't take. So i repled back to them and they told me to delete my cookies, which I did. and i retried again and it still didn't work. I even tried on my new labtop and nothing happened. I want the one for 4.00 a mth site. I would like to get back in if all possible. My account hasent change any, except i no longer have a debit card, just checking only. But it should have worked ok. It didn't. so now what can i do. let me know please.

Sorry CCBill is the only company with use for our sites. However we can use paypal if you have account with them. But it does have to be a year subs.
