Went for a vacetomy back in my day wearing panties too , all I got was a compliment and where did I get them from from a nurse friend of mine . The two girls at work liked them and complimented me . After you wear them for a while you find out that there are lots of mens underwear that leaves panty type lines. YOu find out that when you go to the urinal you just pull your penis out through the side of the crotch. Ive had the panties pull out before, but guys don't check out other guys and if they do they won't say anything anyway. When you have to sit you just push them down into your pants far enough that they are not visible to someone looking under the stall.
They make me feel sexy and special. My wife doesn't mind at all. She thinks I look sexy in panties. If you have an accident and go to the doctor, oh well, you probably won't care at that point.
Believe it or not, when I was in the South I heard on the local news that a man went to the emergency room and was dicovered with panties on! Like anybody cares, rednecks. They didn't mention the mans name though.
