This little kid was running around , not listening to his mom and he bumped into a woman who fell down and her dress went up in the air and her legs parted whiched showed her sheer nylon panties.
I was watching this whole scene because his mother had been very loud in trying to get him to calm down.
When the woman fell and her legs parted the kids eyes went wide. I'm not sure if it was because he knew he was in trouble or because he got an eyeful of a sheer nylon crotch.
His mom made him apologize and the woman went on her way.

I remember being in kindergarten and sitting in a circle with all the other kids and the teachers with skirts on would step over me, and I got a perfect look up at a girdled crotch.
