Hey Guys,
I went to the mall today with my girlfriend. The food court was really busy and I did not think I would be able to get a seat, even less so with a good view.

I should be ashamed of myself?!?! Gary, you are telling me that on a panty fetish messageboard, yet you are writing about touching girls wiithout their permission?
I agree--perhaps if I had teen daughters, I would maybe not enjoy seeing upskirts of teen girls. Right now, though, I do not have daughters and if a girl's panties are visible (of ages teen and up), I will look. No harm done.
And as for mentioning about underage problems and stuff, let me remind you that it is innocent. Yes, there are a lot of sickos out there doing horrible things, but looking up a girl's skirt is not one of them. It might not be 100% normal, but that is why it is called a fetish.
I am sure dozens of guys on this board will support me in this defense.
Sorry if I sound defensive, but this is not really the place to criticize someone for taking peeks up girl's skirts.

I do respect, though, your opinions, especially if you are a parent. I certainly might see things differently when I have daughters of my own. I do know that I get defensive when I see guys trying to look up my girlfriend's skirt. How can you complain. Did the girl have a sign around her saying I am underage. What do you consider underage? If a girl is in her teens and wearing a short skirt she should sit lady like or not wear a short skirt. When I was a teen and wore short skirts I knew people liked to check me out. I think its OK to look, but not touch.

Well, I get turned on when I see a guy peeking up my girlfriend's skirts. That's why I like her to wear them. If its in public, and you can look without violating her, then there is nothing wrong, regardless of the age. Now its not to say, anyone getting turned on by looking at a young kid isn't sick though!! Girls underage are wearing the hottest panties these days, and we all know that!!! I have no kids, but if I had teenage daughters, I would simply make them aware of how they sit, and how short their skirts are. Maybe try a little harder on enforcing not to do that, but you cannot go to far. If you push too hard, they will simpy either rebel, or do it when you're not around.

When I was a teen I did not sit in a way to show off my panites. I did try to be lady like. Now that being said if you wear a skirt 3 to 4 inches above the knee you can't sit without someone being able to see if they try.
I think its exciting to realize later that the glance you saw was probably someone checking out your panties. If I had caught some one blatently looking I would have covered up and acted mad even if I wasn't. Thats what girls do.

I doubt there is a woman alive who has not saw some good looking guy trying to get a peak and accidently made it easier for him to see.
I wear skirts that are as short as the company allows and I know that almost every day someone will have the opportunity to see up the skirt. I really don't do it on purpose, but when you wear a short skirt you can't hide it all the time even if you try.
I do have many colors of panties and bras. Now that I work and earn my own money I usually buy matching bras and panties. By saying I coordinate the color of my outfits it doesn not mean I wear the same color panty as my skirt all the time. For example if I am wearing a black skirt I could and some times do wear black panties. Most of the time if its not a dress up ocassion I would not. If someone sees up your skirt and its a black skirt with black panties do they really know they saw all the way up. I don't think so. Now if you were to wear white or red it would match the outfit and someone seeing up your skirt would know immediatley what they had seen.
