Has anyone gone to Target, Wal-Mart, etc. in a college town and watched the college girls going to pick out their panties in the lingerie department? It's very intriguing seeing the young lucious girls and what kinds they choose!

You should also check out Kohls. They have a nice selection and at least in my area its easy to stand around watching without being noticed, because they have lots of other items close by.

Kohls is highly recommended, it has a large womens shoe section.

Just wander up and down those isles and you will be treated to many women busily bent over tending to their shoes, displaying their peeking panty top, down blouse, or more, for all the world to see.

I was once shopping at Target for a bunch of sundry goods for my place, and very, very conscpicuously placed, right at the front of the aisle, were some very, very cute little panties, along with a few other varieties. I did not see any girls going to check them out or shopping for them, but I went up and down that aisle at least a dozen times.
