Author: misstoni, Location: FloridaPosted: Fri May 09, 2008 4:48 pm ---- Hi, I'm Toni from Florida and have a few "embarrassing moments" that I have encountered throughout the years about my own windblown skirts. I have been told I'm somewhat of an exhibionist and love having my panties and stockings seen in public places by hot guys. I would love to chat in the Yahoo room "Wind-blown Skirts", could you please give me a link and I promise I'll send you some of my personal stories that I know you'll enjoy and maybe even get a rise out of you! <wink>

The franchisee was rather cheap, so he forced is wife and counter staff to unload the order that I stacked on the back for them. The uniform at this restaurant consisted of a thin blouse and a wrap skirt with a bib front. Theoretically, the skirt covers everything without a problem. However, this day, a fairly stiff breeze was blowing and as luck would have it, the franchisee's wife dropped a box on the ground. As she bent over from the waist to pick it up, Mother Nature cooperated and blew the dress right up over her head. She was wearing some nice nylon floral print full briefs ( my favourite) and I was lucky enough to be looking in the right direction at the right time! Ah memories...
