I played quite a bit of tennis this summer at a court near a college campus. There are almost always some co-eds and other young women playing. I was able to observe many pairs of tennis panties under their short skirts. Mostly they were gleaming white full briefs that highlighted their butt cheeks nicely. Some of the panties had ball pockets (Poc-a-Ball tm) and the women thought nothing of lifting up their skirts and removing a ball from their panty pocket.
I went to a sporting goods store and checked out the construction of some of these panties. Some have double nylon crotch panels with sturdy stitching on both ends. The photo on the tag on one illustrates that the crotch panel spans the crotch opening so the panty will not “ride up†during the action. Some have full cotton lining and nylon outer layer. One pair had double nylon crotch panel plus full double nylon inner layer (there would be nice swishing on that one). Others are nylon with a simple cotton crotch panel.
The “bottom line†is that the tennis courts are a good place to observe some luscious panties in action.
Skating panties are another favorite of mine. I didn’t find any that specifically said for skaters, but you see these panties from every angle if you observe women skaters wearing their costumes. Maybe their panties are sewn into the costume instead of put on separately. It looks like the style of choice is hi-leg briefs.
There’s not much in the way of panties to observe on female runners except that one woman I saw was wearing some saggy powder blue panties that dipped below her very short shorts. Once in awhile their shorts hike up when they do their stretching exercises and you get a glance at their panty legbands.
Finally, at aerobics there was a young lady with very low riding pants on. When she sits on the floor the crack of her butt shows and I first thought she just doesn’t wear panties. On the floor exercises I saw the faint outline of a thong that was about halfway down her butt.
Well there are my sport panty observations. Hope others enjoy the wonderful world of sport panties.

the best ones are the vollvyball womens . they wear these tight ass shorts, it goes up the ass and hugs there pussies ever so nicelly. my sister in laws play i love to see them play.

yoga is always a great place to go. not only do you get a good excercise, but most women that go wear tight shorts or loose, light excercise pants. in most cases the material is often thin enough (on yoga pants) to see the panties themselves, and at the very least the advertise lines (bikinis/briefs/thongs, it doesnt matter, they all show) very well.
i like to go to sporting events at high schools and colleges with the old bleacher style seating. soooooooo many down backs visible from that standpoint.

Aww the wonder and joys of sports panties, not to leave out the sport bra, I have to agree with elcora though , the best thing since womens gymnastics has to be womens volleyball :D :D :D

does anybody else prefer sport/performance panties to others?
outside of Limited Too and some assorted VS, about 80% of my panties (and bras) are performance type, such as Under Armour, Patagonia, Nike, Snow Angel, etc. They cost a little more but I firmly believe it worth it, as they are more comfortable and last much longer than a regular pair. I also appreciate the versatility. With Patagonia or Under Armour panties I can kayak, ski, bike, run, etc, all with them on, as they are designed to be worn for those activites.
I would also firmly say the Patagonia Active Thong (not the new low rise, but the old wider cut) is my favorite pair of panties, ever. Thats a tough call to make, but I would have to say so.
this is about half of my sports undies collection.....crappy pic i know, my flash is busted! ive got a bunch more thongs and a couple boyshorts and briefs too.
i also have a collection bras, but theyre mostly just simple patagonia croptops.

Re action/sport panties: Since I started the topic, I should have mentioned the "Rockettes" dancers. They are a fantastic combination of long legs, high leg kicks, short skirts and bright red panties. Mostly they show their crotch panels, but sometimes their skirts flip to reveal their panty front panels. I have never seen any back panel shots. I don't know if they do any, but they probably do some. Their panties really show off well on hi-def TV.
