Similar fun on the fourth. We needed to find a spot to view the fireworks and settled on going to look over the river and the barge. We found a spot in front of two couple one of which was wearing a white skirt. I thought I was in for a long night of frustration as she was wrapping her legs in a blanket. Soon an evangalist was getting the attention of the crowd and the girl in the white skirt stood up. I didn't pay enough attention to the speaker as I knew what he was trying to do. When he stopped I some how managed to look back at the girl in the white skirt and caught a full front view of her white pantied crotch. It was less then 3 feet from my eyes. Needless to say I had to adjust myself to become more comfortable.
