I'm trying to sign up on the CC page, it asks for a name but there is no place on the screen to enter the name.

Hi Freaky, yes, we are onto this. I have just tried to sign up myself and have seen the error that were getting. The devleoper is working on it now.

please try and log out, and then re log in to restart your session.
