Removing pictures

You have been asked numerous times, I have emails and replies from both John and Annabelle and you have been asked numerous times to remove my images that I no longer want on your site since you have gone to a pay format. So one more time where all can see I am asking you remove all images of mine, they are all found if you search sor "guyinpanties" There is one in amature women section, one in panty drawer and about 13 in men in panty section. I asked many times before and my acount was deleted that is why I am here now with different name. This site is going to fold and I suggest all posters request their pics be deleted of course then they will cancel your account. Just look at my images and click on poster and you will see they deleted my account but my images are still there on their pay site without permission.

If the pictures are still there, then please email me personly at support @ s-a-web.com and I will take care of them. Let me know the name they were posted under and where I can find them.

PICTURE DELETIONS

We will only delete pictures when requested to do so by the legal copyright owner of that picture. We will not delete pictures that are legaly owned by someone else and they have simply been reposted here by a third party. The lawful copyright holder and legal owner of the picture must show us they have full and complete legal ownership of any pictures, must indicate where there pictures are on the site and give us a brief description to ensure we are able to delete them accurately. They should also give us some evidence of their legal ownership of those pictures

I really cannot make it any clearer or easier. All I want is to have you remove the images that I uploaded just prior to my account being deleted. This is now a pay site and I do not want to partake. I must write you under this screen name because you deleted my last account. Fine, you deleted it but remove my images as well/ IT IS EASY, just do an image search for guyinpanties and you will see 14 images. They are mine, I posted them about a week ago and because you did not agree with my posts in the forum you deleted my account and thought I was rude. So be it, but remove my images that I uploaded to your free site now that it is a pay site I no longer want them there.

Annabelle,
You missed 2 of them. One in the panty drawer section and one in the amature women section. On the women section right now it is page 4, but may be further when you read this. The drawer image is on page 1 of that section. Both named ( guyinpanties )

Just a question reguarding copyrighted pictures. If say a picture/pictures are freely around the net, on many free porn sites are these pictures allowed to be uploaded? I ask as I have a fair pictures from such free sites, they contain the logo/website details.

All images from their inception are basically copywrited and not for anyone to freely distribute without permission. Even if they are on a free internet site unless permission was given to distribute them then it technically is illegal even if the site they came from (stolen) is listed. Sometimes sites don't mind as long as the listing of the site name brings more traffic but even then, unles they have that confirmed it is not legal.
