thongs are easier to wear than full panties, even in small sizes. I am a 12/14 in panty size, but I have comfortably worn size 8 thongs. There's no way I could comfortably wear size 8 panties.

I bought a pair but they just don't "hold everything in place. My balls would hang out on one side or the other and getting used to having something going up between the cheeks of my ass was not real comfortable. That's just my take but you might enjoy them.

I've found that when I wear a thong, I prefer a size larger than I wear in briefs. That way they are not as confining and I don't have a problem with 'fall-out' or pinching.
