No more free pictures?

Subscriber report has now been run. This means that anyone who has contributed more than 10 pics over the last 90 days now has access to the subscribers area.

65 Users have been added / upgraded.

The script will now run once every 30 days so in order to keep / gain subscriber access, you need to add / post 10 pics per month.

What about all of us who have contributed before, I think I have posted more than 10, 20, 30 maybe more. I think that I will be happy to continue to contribute but I didn't like the idea of being cut OFF completely as I have been, I think that it would be nice to get the free membership based on how many pics we HAVE contributed in the past and then keep things going with more contributions, don't you think?

It is a shame that it has come to this, but I guess it was bound to happen.
In all honesty, I expected it to happen sooner or later. Running these sites even as a freebie, is expensive in its' maintanance, and in its server
and provider costs. Most of the time webmasters who run free sites must go on one of two ways. Either he or she has plenty of money to lease a spot whithen a server,,keep it up and maintain the site, or they must depend on a "Mother" server for a spot to uphold the site, often at the expense of all kinds of porno "Ads" floating around and causing a nuisance.
Many times these porno servers get closed down, and when that happens
every thing is lost to the leased site, for that is deleted too.
So as a solution, and a means of defraying the costs, you place your site on a respectable server and pay a hefty fee. You lease that place just like a store would lease an area to remain in buisiness. These server costs are paid for by a wealthy owner who wants a free site, or a group of owners who can afford it, or a wealthy sponsor, .....or they become a pay site and spread the costs among memberships. Those of you who were free members in a show of faith should either join the site, or in the case of not wanting to pay out for membership, chalk it up as the end of a great thing and wish it luck and just move on.

John! Can you run this subscriber report daily? I just posted 10 pix last night to retain my access (and you have posted them!), but this was evidently done after you ran this report. I really do not like the prospect of another month of no access when I have met the conditions. I'm not complaining, I understand your situation, I just would like for you to keep up with the subscriber reporting/eligibility thing much more frequently. As a brand new member, another month might be a deal killer for me.

Hi Henry,

I dont believe we can run the report daily, I know the developer did say it took a fairly long time to run and uses up a fair amount of system resources (as it goes through every member looking for pictures they have contributed and the date they were added and so on)

I will speak to him about running it weekly though. Would that be better?

Let me know. I will also ask him about it in the meantime

I dont think it's a bad deal ($5 / month) for added features such as IM, chatrooms, and expanded profiles.

Thats what we are saying to the members but some are still not happy with it. But like what so many have said we won't please everyone.

We are now setting the sript to run every 7 days. What it will do is count back 30 days from each Sunday and do the contributor calculation then.

I agree entirely that $5 a month is not a bad fee for what you get out of it, and that fee is waived if you submit a certain number of photo's per month. I think that everyone should stop gripping about it and learn to live with it. Myself, I am very happy to stay with what is free. I am not that much into the IM, chatrooms, and expanded photo's, and I don't take very many photo's to add to your photo list and I am on disability for the next three months or so, therefore money is scarce so the free section is fine with me, and I feel that the majority of the members will stay with this option, which I am very grateful for still being free. If you are one of the ones that are into the IM, chatrooms and lots of pix, then $5 really is not that much to have to pay for these services. Once again Annabelle and John, thank you so much for this wonderful site. I am a member of this as well as PantiesForMen.com, and PantiesEtc.com and enjoy each of them for what they have that are either the same or different from the others. Peta

Ok, you're still figuring out the logistics and whatnot related to running this subscriber report. Again, i understand your technical dilemma.

In the meantime, since i have my pantie clad ass all over the top of one of your picture pages (which meets the subscriber requirements), do you think one of you can update my account to give me the access for which i now qualify? Without waiting another month?

I really like your site, and hope to be a regular contributor and member, so can you help a brother out?

Hi henry,

I'm reluctant at this stage to manualy add people as I'm not sure if it will create a conflict with the subscriber add/delete functions but can confirm that the script has been changed to run every Sunday so come there are only a few more days to wait.

I've posted more then 10 pics, not in the last 90 days, but I bet between 20 and 30 pics overall....it doesn't make sense that you have a time frame/free upgrade system going....not everyone can take pics whenever they want. Sucks that I can't use the pic section fully when my own pics are in there.....can something be done about this?

If you have posted this month the system will pick you up. Every sunday the system will add new members to the site. And you only have to add 10 more each month which I think is fair and doable.
