i don't know what the laws in other countries, but in the US they more and likely will, you know how screwed up laws are these days.though i'm not 100% certain they will charge you with that but then again you never know.

In the US this would not be considered a sexual crime (at least not in PA) ... the value of the items would solely dictate the degree of the crime. That being said, I certainly agree with you that it's best to minimize the number of panties stolen/borrowed ...

I had a friend who was the maintence guy at the apt complex he lived in, I went on a few service calls with him and managed to to steal a hot chicks thong from her hamper once when he went to his truck for a tool! I never got up the nerve to ask him if he ever sniffed or stole panties but I sure loved going on calls with him every chance I got!!
