As much of a rush as it is to buy panties, I also feel somewhat uncomfortable about it, yet that declines the more you do it. Though I don't buy them very often, if I do at a Target or Wal-Mart type store I make sure I have a list of other things I need so it seems as if I'm just picking up some things for my wife as well.

I went into a specialty store twice and because they both had websites, I just printed out the page with the panty's of interest on them and brought it with me so that I could ask the clerk where these panties were in the store and if they had the color that my "wife" wanted. They were both very helpful and seem to think your a confused husband just being sweet for doing the shopping for your wife! hehehehe.

I love going out and buying Panties Bras & other womens clothes. When i first started to Shop at about 19 yr i got sutch a rush scard & exsited all at the same time. Now sometimes my wife will shop with me & pick out some prity Panties for me to wear for her :) it is qite exciting.

I also shop for panties because of the rush. I mostly enjoy the reaction I can get from the sales women. I usually get three responses. 5% hostile, 90% indifferent and 5% curious. It's the curious 5% I enjoy flirting with and seeing how far I can take it. I have met a few panty playmates this way. In my experiences it seems that women older than 45 and younger than 25 are the most open minded. Just pay attention to visual and audible cues the sales ladies give you when you communicate with them. I try to become a "regular" at small boutiques where the staff is friendly and open to you shopping there.

sharing the same hobby and experience as many of the folks here. I had accumulated around 200 pieces of thongs, g-string, boys short. But only wore less than 20 of them. Most are still brand new with tags.

Enjoyed the rush and the opportunity to flirt with the salegals( but no chance for panty playmates here) But sometime does met with hasty ones that makes me feels vey ashame and guilty ...

I also have a panties buying desire and whenever I go into the department stores I can't keep away from the lingerie sections. There are so many great styles in the designer ranges that I would love to have them all. But it would cost me a small fortune. So I have to restrict myself to the occasional purchase - usually from Tesco's Florence and Fred range

I make occasional purchases of designer panties from the big stores. I go to Tesco for 'everyday' affoprdable purchases.

I love shopping for panties too. Like some others here, I've bought them and just left the tags on them. If I wasn't married I think I'd have a massive collection with the tags still on, just because it's such a rush to go shopping for them. I panty shop with my wife sometimes, but it's just more exciting going by myself. And I have always gone through a checkout lane with a female. Most have always been nice about it. One younger girl kind of teased me about it and asked if they were for me. Sadly I told her "no" but it was obvious she didn't believe me. Another time a woman checker said, after seeing I was kind of nervous, "that wasn't so bad now, was it". She was actually being friendly about it. But mostly they don't care one way or the other. For a long time I would only go to Walmart, Kmart or Target and buy one or two pairs along with a bunch of other items, including men's underwear. Later I got up the courage, usually around Valentine's day or Christmas, to shop at department stores like JCPenney, Sears and Dillards. One time, about a week before Christmas, I drove to a town about an hour from where I live and hit every store I could think of. I think I bought 12 different panties and a couple bras. I would always ask for "gift receipts" at the department stores though. It was a great rush and I always love the reactions or lack of of the sales ladies. I like satin and nylon, mostly hi-cut briefs or bikinis, but I think shapewear is sexy too as long as it's nylon/lycra.

My wife gets into it with me too, which is a lot of fun, but for some reason I still crave going out on my own and buying new panties. Before my wife, I would have thought nothing would be better than buying panties (and playing) with a woman, but there's still something about the rush of buying on my own. Maybe because it's secretive and somewhat shameful. Either way, I still get somewhat nervous, and rarely buy close to where I live in case I would run into someone I knew (though I'll shop with my wife anytime and anywhere).

And for a while I thought nobody else had the same "buying fetish" as me. Hmm. I think I may plan a shopping trip on my next day off from work.

I usually get nervous even on the drive there, but when I'm finally surrounded by panties and bras, it's such a great feeling. And heading out the door after having paid for them is great too. I think this is one fetish of mine that will never go away. That's okay with me, though.
