She started crying over the teasing and his mom gave him a swat. He was 6 if even that old. You men start young!

This reminds me of when I was a much younger person and in elementary school.
I can remember always attempting to put myself in a strategic place, especially at the bottom of a staircase and watch as the older girls went up them. I can recall getting many up-skirt views of the panties that they were wearing.
It was advantageous that a drinking fountain was placed where by turning my head, I had a clear shot of any girl walking up the stairs. Needless to say, long drinks were always necessary to get as many views as possible.
Looking back on those experiences, I'm sure that they older girls knew what the younger boys were doing and probably got just as much enjoyment from flashing their panties as we did from looking at them.
