Was at a restaurant today, saw a young family, the mom was quite slender, dark hair, attractive. One of the children just would not cooperate for lunch, was lying down on the floor. So the young mom had to bend down to help and negotiate. Her low jeans moved down and her top pulled up, she had no belt, and an inch or two of light purple fullback panties (probably bikinis) came into view.

I also saw a young mom's panties. She was sitting on a high stool, the jeans weren't that low, but her top pulled up, and the panties were kind of high, it looked like. She had pale yellow nylon panties, not sure if bikinis or highcut briefs, and probably about three inches came out. So much came out that at first I thought it was some kind of T-shirt underneath, but then I saw the tops of her panties and the tag.

I guess young moms are not good at protecting the panties? I see other girls and womens panties, but they seem to reach around and check, but these young moms seem to forget. Are they too busy with the kids, or they don't care anymore, or forgot about their panties?
