great view tonight! at a diner, walking to table, right by a girl (just my type, dark hair, dark eyes) wearing a sweater and jeans . . . jeans too low sitting in the booth, showing about inch or 2 of pink panties!

Nice peek today, I was at a library looking for a book. I happened to an older lady with a younger girl, looked like she was tutoring her in maths or something. I noticed that the girl's sweatshirt was just barely reaching her waist. And her jeans were a little low.
There was a small dark gap between the top and jeans. I thought maybe if she moved right if her pantis were high they might show. So I was looking a book in that isle, then turned toward them again, and the girl kind of streatched up talking about some maths issue. And I saw some pink with white polka dots.
But still not sure if it was panties or just a T-shirt under the sweatshirt, common to wear. But when she moved and sat different, then I saw a good two inchs of panties. The pink part was a wide waist band, the actual underwear was white, two inches or so.
They didn't pay any attention to me, finally I went back to my real book, and had to bend down. Because of what I saw I reaching back to see if my own panties were sticking out. But they were tucked down.

Saw a good one today, a community festival, a girl, late teens, waist length top and jeans, very nice full butt!!

Great view today, at a convenience store, the woman at the register is part owner, probably in 30s. Very tight T-shirt, looked very good, it went only barely to her waist. And low-rise tight jeans.
She bent over to get me a bag, and an inch or two of her light blue nylon bikini panties as her T-shirt rode up and jeans went down.
