She must have known that she was going to be giving a show to anyone that looked when she chose to wear the dress on the bike. Must have been sexy when she tried to cover up what you already got a great view of.
The last bike related view I got like that was a few months ago of a woman that was sitting on a motorcycle in a short jeans skirt. Legs on either side. many years ago when the carnival arrived there was a girl sitting on one of the rides which was a motorbike.
