Went to visit a friend today, next to her place was an apartment with some kind of party. Several of the girls had short kind of loose summer dresses. I was hoping a gust of wind would come along or they would bend or sit or something. But nothing!

those don't seem to be panties or knickers much anymore, more like shorts. they used to look almost like regular panties, like martina hingis for example!
