We do not allow pictures, stories, fantasies or anything else that involve persons under the age of 18. Please bear this in mind when writing stories or panty fantasies or experiences.
We have a zero tolerence on this issue and if any member posts anything that breaches this rule, the post will be deleted and they will be banned from the site.

Ok pantyman. I shall respect your wishes. But I really do wish to know why you have an aversion to this subject.
You can ban this email of course, but I think that you are fair and will hear me out and let all your patrons read and digest what I am about to say.
I think that most of the people who visit this site and enjoy it believe in God and understand the role we all have and play in sexuality. We all here enjoy panties and most , if not all, the Men that come here realize that one of the gifts that we get to enjoy is the scent of a woman's privates as it is embedded in the panties that she wears. Nature provides that most females of our species are ready for pro-creation physically by the age of 13 or 14 years of age. True, many of the girls of this age are NOT ready mentally for the task of raising a child, but they still are endowed with all the traits that make Men want to impregnate them and continue the species. This is NATURE at work. it has nothing to do with morels or values.
I believe that it is wrong to admire and desire to sexualize girls the are younger than 13 or 14 years of age, as these girls are NOT yet physically ripe and enabled by nature to entice males to mate with them, nor are they prepared psychologically. But nature has provided young, post-pubescent girls (over 13 yo) with the attributes that make them desireable to Men.
I understand that you need to provide a site that we all can enjoy when we want to appreciate and discuss panties, but to leave out a viable section of those who fall into this category, because of society's stance on legality and
normality, is wrong in my opinion.
I hope that you publish this email on your site and accept the views of other patrons and fellow panty lovers who wish to comment on this subject. I love to patronize this website and enjoy this venue where I can discuss my passion for panties with others who enjoy the same tastes and views, and read their views and observations. Thank you for providing that.

Nature is AWESOME in many respects. She is also beautiful...and she is also harsh. The people who underestimate her always pay a high prize...sometimes paying with there own life. I'll get to the point now...
Some females have given birth at the age of nine. There are numerous parts of this planet where females/males under the age of 16 are married. Also in some parts of the world...it's legal for females and males who are under the age of 16 to have sex.
Who is to say...THAT'S WRONG!?...and who is to say...THAT'S RIGHT!?
There are numerous different cultures on this planet...and what might be "called" wrong in some cultures...might be "called" right in other cultures...and vice-versa. You live in a country that has its own laws and you have to abide by them.
P.S I hope that you understood this...and I hope that I have opened your mind a bit.

Regardless of opinion, conjecture and morality, though those do have a place in the discussion, pantymagazine is a free site that is hosted on servers in The Netherlands, is managed from the UK and has close ties with colleagues and webmasters in the USA and all over the globe so in that respect, we observe the laws of those countries and then some.
There is absolutely no way that we will allow this site to skirt with the laws of theses countries and hence we have a hard line policy on this issue.

John is right on this issue.Young woman are beautiful and illegal in many parts of the world. We don't need the kind of grief that the assholes of the world could bring down on this site.Keep up the good work!

I agree John, If you can't abide by the laws you want, then abide by the ones you got. RIGHT . But I do need some clarification as to whats allowable to post. Is it okay to talk about myself when I was a minor? Could I talk about the things I did with other minors while a minor myself? I myself have no interest in woman under 21, c'mon if she can't even drink a beer with me then what can she do without parental consent? But questions like: When was the first time you smelled a pair of panties, or what was your most fantastic panty experiance, bring to mind things that happened to me when I was still a minor. Or they bring to mind times before 21 yrs of age, but older than 18, when I dated a girl who three years younger. By the way when I turned 20 my gf was 17, and noone, not even in our church or school thought anything of it. I know its not much of an age difference, but hey the laws do bend depending on community. I geuss I should also say that as far as the internet goes I really do not think they should "bend" at all when it comes to minors, hence the clarification I need.

John requested that I post this letter that I had sent to him.
I apologize for asking this question, I am sure there was an answer in the forums, but I could not find it. You ban all mention of anyone under the age of 18, and that I can understand. But reading through some of the forums I see so many contain letters dealing with experiences when they were younger and say that their sister, cousin, niece etc. was of such and such an age (under 18) I’m a little confused. Are they in violation of your ban, or is it in the way they word something ?
Speaking for myself, and probably like many others here, all my earliest experiences with boys, panties, masturbation and so on, were in school years when we were all ‘underage’. I am a brand new member and before I get myself in trouble with any tales of my schooldays and my knickers, I need to have it clear.

Well, I don't always know if a girl is 18 or 19 or 17. Also, it seems like things that happened when we were 16 ourselves and the girls were 16 are OK.
It's different from someone 55 or 36 actually writing about a girl he knows is 16 at the same time.
