* I, ALONG WITH 2 OTHER WOMeN GOT WRITTEN UP TODAY FOR TALKING ABOUT VICTORIA SECRET LINGERIE!!!
* A few of us were sitting and talking about holiday gifts during lunch. Miss Priss, who was sitting a few seats away, was apparently eavesdropping because when one of the women mentioned getting a VS gift card and a coupon for a free pair of Pink panties she..get this..actually
1) Gets up
2) Comes over
3) Slams down her book on our table
4) Has the nevere to tell us that the conversation that we were having was innapropriate lunchtime banter! Who uses the word BANTER!
5) Storms away

* After looking at her like she was insane and finishing up I get back to work only to find out that she had spoken to the director and that I along with 3 others now have a complaint about vulgarity that needs to be addressed in the morning! Saturday! Vulgar! BITCH!!!!

If there was truly no vulgarity in the conversation, I believe a case could be made by the 4 of you of harassment.
"Miss Priss" does not have a right to assume that her personal standards of "righteousness" shall be followed, or imposed upon her co-workers in a business environment.
Does the lady have some sort of pull with the director? Otherwise how does she get away with such abusive and harassing behavior?
Absent any sort of foul language or threats, the principle of free speech still prevails in most lunchrooms across the land. Her choices should be to participate or tune out, not create the standards of "acceptable lunchtime conversations."
Turn the tables on the hussy.

* As mentioned before Miss Priss accused 3 people of vulgar banter.
* There were only 3 of us (including me) at the lunch table.
* The fourth person that she accused wasn't even in the building when the conversation hapened. The fourth had a meeting with the director before the scheduled meeting and now Miss Prisses complaint is on the backburner while the fourths complaint about Miss Prisses lies are taking the spotlight. Two of us also backed up the fourth with our own written accounts of what happened. The other woman said that it was ridiculous and she wasn't going to waste a Saturday on the crazy bitch.
* In my letter I demanded that Miss Prisses letter never be placed in my personnel record. I don't want anything attached to her letter stating that it was unfounded or any half assed apology letter. I want it gone.

Cherry... that is just BS. My understanding is that in order to file sexual harassment, one has to have informed the harasser, that their actions are offensive to the person...

| I think its horrible that you have to work in those conditions. Management should see her for what she is. I think she is probably jealous that she was not in the group. Most companies do not pay you for your lunch hour so what you do or say during that time is none of their business. Good luck in getting this kept out of your file.
