Well. a freind of mine told me that what I may have been seeing was the top of a full waist garter, like maybe her plan was for a skirt that day buts she changer her mind or some kind of belt that used to be used to attach a pad under your pantes, before adhesives. Either way it was unsexy.

I have seen a number of candid photos of younger women - teens and 20s - wearing boyshort panties over a thong or g-string. I have no understanding of why. I thought the reasons girls wear thongs are a) to not show a panty line and b) to show off their butts. Both purposes are defeated if you wear another pair over them.

The only theory I seem to be able to come up with is that among these young women, if you don't wear a thong they tease you for wearing "granny panties". So maybe they are trying to show their girlfriends that even though they are wearing the boyshort panties, it's not because they don't have any thongs they could wear. Still seems silly.
