This is an interesting topic.
I am a 61 year old male who for the last 13 years have been a full time, 24/7, panty wearer. I actually started wearing when I was much younger, pre-teen, but couldn't wear full time, even though I would have loved to.
I wouldn't consider my like of wearing panties a sexual fetish or compulsion. The wearing of panties doesn't control me and as far as I can tell I derive no sexual satisfaction from wearing them. I'm sure if I had to I could go back to wearing men's underwear. For me wearing panties is just a natural thing to do. They feel much more comfortable than mens underwear.
As far as sexual satisfaction, I get that from my lady friend, who knows that I wear.
