There's so much going on in your post that it makes me dizzy! I'm not sure how to respond except to say that I'm sure there have been more guys than I ever dreamed possible that have caught a peek at my panties either intentionally or not and I'm sure a few of them may have gotten off on it! and Cherry sees a humiliation thing going on.
I'm ready to party with Kimmie all nite long -- but I also really appreciate Cherry for a genuine humiliation angle. The story doesn't really talk about humiliation, either at the time or later on -- which is not to say it wasn't there, but only that it was not specifically stated.
Cherry, I wish you'd tell us more about this -- it sorta surprises me, coming from a fairly liberated girl like yourself.

| I'll have to agree with cherry, i love giving and seeing peeks, however i think its takes on a different meaning when someone is set up like that. Doing on purpose, or letting it happen is different than be taken advantage of, so , just my opinon.

I said go for your fantasies, I didn't say I agreed or liked the story. I just took that story as being fiction because I couldn't believe it would actually happen! I don't believe any father or mother, for that fact, would sit back and watch his daughters go through that without stopping it.
It would definately be humiliating for the daughters not to mention the parents.

Well, OK then. Now that I've been spanked by all of my favorite penpals, I guess I'll just go back to my corner and pout.
Admittedly we all become products of our culture. And most unfortunately our culture has made such underwear diversions a matter of shame and humiliation. We have created a "winners" and "loosers" contest where, when a man is treated to an unscheduled panty show he wins, but only at the expense of the girl, who has had to give up her modesty or her pride or something.
I blame this sad paranoia on the so-called "womens lib" movement, where the whole idea became a declaration that women are equal, or even "the same as" men. How come men get to wear trousers while we ladies get stuck with short skirts? Most skirts and much beautiful lingerie have gone way out of style as a result. How come men wear shorts while ladies wear "panties?" I know -- let's create a new style and call them "boy shorts!" That will show the men we women can grab something from them!
I remember a TV magazine on Fox about 15 years ago, where a reporter walked the streets of Tokyo. "Show us your underwear," the reporter challenged a number of attractive young ladies. Each time the young woman would look down, rather shyly, then she would grasp the hem of her skirt and slowly raise it to her waist, giggling with her friend all the while. Or she would roll down the waist band of her slacks, and even unzip unzip them so all the men in the world could enjoy her exposed panties.
And at the end of the skit, which lasted only about 10 minutes -- far too short -- a number of the girls ganged up on the (guy) reporter and made sure he got totally pantsed for the cameras, as well. Revenge is sweet, and there was much laughter for all.
I wish we had a culture such as this, where our sexuality and our sexual distinctions are celebrated -- where teasing is viewed as enjoyable and as a cooperation between the genders for the enjoyment of all participants. I wish we could start new generations without the sterile attitudes of advesarial competition between the sexes, without feminist notions of sexual hegemony -- and without worn out ideas of the winners versus the humiliated.
OK, now I'll go pout.

To Bonny and Cherry and Kim and White--
You all are quite right, of course. I've gotten into a position of trying to defend the indefensible.
The images of all the high-flying skirts blinded me to your issue of fathers and daughters. As a father I would not behave this way with my daughters. And the womens lib argument does not belong here.
I'm sure Kim was right in assessing this piece as a flight of fantasy, though based on the actual Steeplechase "fun house" at Cony Island in New York City.
I may have stepped over the line here. If so, I apologize to all.
