There is a married woman in our office who makes no secret of her joy in revealing her stocking tops as well as a bit of bare thigh. I seldom get a glimpse of knickers though 'cos she has it down to such a fine art. It's as though stocking tops and flesh above are okay, but that's it.
When the other women in the office mutter under their breath or otherwise about her short skirts and stockings, she doesn't give a toss. She let's them know she revels in the attention it attracts.
Whenever I look for a glimpse of panties I'm extemely wary about being found out. On one occasion in the library when all the desks were occupied, a group of three older schoolgirls - probably about 16 or 17 - sat on the floor against the wall directly opposite. They were wearing knee-length pleated navy skirts and knee-length navy socks. The contrast between that and the bare thigh on show was gobsmacking.
Whenever they drew their legs up or moved about I went through hell to avoid being caught looking. I'm certain they knew very well what was going on and enjoyed their power over me and the intense confusion it caused me.
