Were the panties you kept in your room worn or clean? Did you jack in your mom’s panties? If so, instead of keeping them you could have left them so that your mom would find them. I think your expectations were too high when you wanted spanking for keeping the panties. I do not know what the two of you said when you discussed your keeping of your mom’s panties, but I think the gift of three pairs of panties was a reasonable response.

I was 16-17 and I jacked with them but never made a mess of them I used them way too much. I have to agree my expectations were high but at that age what did I know.

I think at 16-17 you were too old for a spanking. However, I think I understand your desire seeing spanking as something other than punishment.
