I have stolen panties in the past, though, like many on this site have expressed, that is more dangerous now. Back when I was younger and spending nights at friends' houses where I could sneak away for a few quick minutes here and there (hide and seek was a great game for sneaking into hot mom's panty drawers!) to rummage. I got pretty adept at zeroing in on panty drawers and hampers and laundry rooms and such. Best situation I had was a friend who's folks were managing (and thus living at) an apartment building in town and my friend was left to take care of the house a bit ouf of town during most of the week. His mom was pretty hot and had spent some time as a lingerie sales person - doing home lingerie parties and such - so she had a whole room with just piles and piles of lingerie, panties, full slips, nightgowns...everything a young pantie/lingerie pervert could dream of. Living where I do, large coats are the norm for most of the year and thus a lot of pockets could be filled without raising suspicion. It was great for a couple years and I had to devise more and more intricate ways of hiding my collection. Now, I just buy for myself or my girlfriend and I go shopping for both of us since we wear the same size. Just gotta be careful folks, conviction for theft of panties can sometimes lead to a lifetime label as "sex offender."

Used to steal some when I was very young. Currently I just buy them on eBay, ROSS or my wife just passes her "phase-out" ones to me. It's not worth being labeled as "sex offender" or committing crime.

However, if the target is hot enough such as Sydney Moon, Tiffany Taylor or Quinn Koloski, I'd pay whatever to get them. :)

Personally speaking, last time I did sneak a pair the heart still raced. It's not only the thought of getting a pair of panties that makes me excited (sexually), but it's also the added excitement of taking something that's not yours to begin with. There's an added edge to the whole situation - there's always the possibility of being caught. The excitement of ending up with a panty that you are sure will smell great, taste great, and feel great added on top of the excitement of being somewhere and doing something your not supposed to be doing would be present during any sneaking. But, like before, you've got to be careful. In this day and age of more simple and easy surveillance and more paranoia in general...for me it's not worth the risk of being arrested and such.
