Thank you Annabelle for your position concerning postings of any sexual
material of or concerning under 18. I would also like to add for the
benefit of all, Anyone who knowingly posts pictures, or videos, of models or subjects in the performance, or posing or in the entitleing of any sexual
topic, is in violation of not only most local laws, but of federal laws also.
And it does not stop there...Any one who knowingly allows such postings
or advertising of sexual material of those under age 18, is considered to be aiding and abetting of that violation, is considered an accessory to the act.
So.....those who engage in, or post. such material is not only breaching
the law and may find themselves in hot water, but they are also putting the owners of any establishment, or website, at risk.
And further more ....to those who indulge in these sexual topics of under age 18 subjects, You are very Mentally ill, and I encourage you to seek
psychiatric help quickly.
just thought I'd add some food to your thoughts.

I just would like to point out that the age of consent in the U.K is 16 yrs old. It's NOT against the law for a 22 yr old to have consentual sex with a 16 yr old. As long that both partner's are over the age of 16. And yet it is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to hire/buy an adult video.
Where is the logic in that?

It is my understanding that whilst this is correct in the matter of sexual intercourse, it is still ilegal to feature or display any persona under the age of 18 in pornographic / Adult films / pictures or other entertianment media??

suffice to say, as owners of this website, our instinct is to err on the side of caution.

Its essential to note that while age of consent may be 16 in the UK, [and
it is in many states of the US].....The exploitation of children [those under
18] in any form of sexual media, is illegal. whether it be the Sale, or even
viewing of any such media. Most civilized countries do diabolicaly support
such ruling as a whole. Further more that any media, TV, internet, magazine, ......media of ANY type that is founded and / or run in or withen
US soil, is under US law. We in our country have gone to GREAT lengths
to protect our children from the infringes of any sicko out there that would
harm, deprave, or exploit them for thier own sick ventures....and believe
me .....I'm of the opinion that any individual, man or woman, who does so
is indeed Sick.
and by the way....for clearification, in many states here in the US.
the age of consent among teens is 16 youngest and 18 oldest with anyone over 18 [it used to be 21] who has sex with a person under 16 to be liable
for Statutory Rape. hense the name "Jail Bait".

Hello Hal. I am not disputing that fact. I am fully aware that the sexual exploitation of any individual under the age of 18...I.E adult-mag, adult-film, adult-internet site...e.t.c...I don't need to go on...IS ILLEGAL. I have previously said in my other posts, that I am a very broadminded individual, and I find some fetishes funny...while others may find them sick/perverted. I AM AGAINST ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES CHILDREN. The point that I was trying to make is...in the U.K...as long that both partner's are over the age of 16, it is LEGAL to have sex. The only way to make sure that the point gets through is to exaggerate...and that's is A 16 YR OLD CAN WATCH 2 16 YR OLD'S HAVE SEX. Just use your imagination. They might be in a party. I just don't understand the logic. They can have sex...but they can't go out and buy an adult mag/video/dvd...e.t.c. What I am trying to say is this...the age in both matters should be the same. I do hope that you understand where I am coming from. And just to re-cap again, I AM AGAINST ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES CHILDREN!!

i won't look at anything unless i know the women in the magazine,web site and/or video or atleast the age of 21..most of the time when i see these "teenage websites" they all look like children to me so i ignore them and close the page out or i block them from showing up on my end & i will go to another site were the women look older (like if they are in thier 20 and 30's)

Actually I too have a very open mind, and am quite uninhibited...probably to a fault. and I to have seen some fetishes that could make me laugh
and get a kick out of...and yes I consider the law often times contradicts
itself especially since it's ambiguity is often so broad and confusing.
I think that the actual meaning goes to say that age 14 to age 16, is where the consentual sex starts where say...the girl is 14, as long as the boy is no older than 16, there is no breach of law. But if the boy is older,
than 16, it becomes illegal. Then if the girl is 16 up to 18 the same applies for the male....at 18 or over, they can shag whoever they want...LOL
the reason for this is that with so many teens trying and having sex so young..they had to make it consentual lest the jails become full of teens. Plus there was a time in our history where many girls where married by thier mid teens. hense the legalities.
As for purchases, my feelings are a little mixed on that....Like Media, and Movies with Ratings, they should be able to purchase movies, etc as long as it remains below a certain rating, thus keeping heavy stuff, away from them till they are 18. And you know EVE? as open as I believe I am,
[I hold the mind frame of "If it feels good .....Do it"] I would be quite taken aback if I somehow found a "Big DONG" vibrator among my teen daughter's belongings. wouldnt you?
So my feeling are not tooo different from yours...just maybe a little more
aesthetic.
