I don't think anyone takes care of it now. Last story to be updated was Feb of this year. They use to update the site every month or two, but nothing for a long time.

Yes.
I used ordinary "snail mail" to get a catalogue and then ordered from that. When I started, LLAPA was located in Iowa or Nebraska, then moved to California within a couple of years of my first order. He (Bill Turlock, the owner) has been there ever since.
I ordered through "snail mail" and used Postal Money Orders for payment, that eliminated the wait for a personal check to clear the bank. Every order was filled and sent back promptly via UPS. I usually received them within 2 weeks or so of ordering. Incidentally at the time, UPS would not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Unfortunately, there have been no new videos added to the website in quite some time, which is why I have not ordered for several years. I am satisfied with the videos so do not feel the need to upgrade to DVDs.
Hope this answers your questions. Incidentally if you do not want to order online, you can still order by mail or making a phone call. Check out the information under "Toll Free Ordering".
Also if you wish to see a list of some of his wet panty videos (peeing in panties), you need to go through either the phone number or "snail mail" to get a list of the videos. I do not have a list to refresh my memory of what were available.

To Crackle and others interested in LLAPA:
I have been a long time customer of LLAPA (Oct 1990), so I wrote to the owner of the website, Bill Turlock.
He is still running the site. While he has not done any new videos in quite some time due to a number of reasons including health problems, he still ships out orders on the same day or next day when an order for a DVD or VHS tape is received.
His health has interfered with running LLAPA.com, but for the time being that seems to be resolved. He lost the bandwidth for his stories in April due to health problems that occurred with a donor that was providing it.
He is trying to restore some of the stories. In fact, I just checked, and the first group of stories (1-117) are now at the site, but the thumbnail pix are not available.
He stated that he has more than 100 new stories to post when he has time to read them and do the work of posting them. Bill also stated that he has solicited a new model to begin more video and photo shoots, but he is still awaiting her decision as to whether or not she will perform.
In short, LLAPA IS UP AND RUNNING (and always has been) 8) , but due to poor economic conditions and health, updates are sporadic.
Hope this helps. If anyone is interested in the subject of peeing in panties, Bill has given me the URL for a description of those videos. I will list that if anyone is interested. That site has only a brief description of the videos, no pictures.
It has been some time since I have watched them so not sure which ones
were my favorites, but I did purchase "Golden Showers 1-4", and "Don't Get Caught Parts 1 and 2" which are shot on location outdoors. Very daring, and I think Cindy was one of the prettiest models of any of the LLAPA videos.
