Where can I find/ who makes these panties?

I don't post much but from time to time I will come in and enjoy the gallery/photo section.
I recently found a picture of a husband and wife together in a "couples only section".
She is wearing blue panties and his are pink, and they have an outline or silhoute of flowers on them.
Does anyone know where I can get these panties or at least the manufacturer?
They look like great panties!

I believe those are vanity fair style 13-194. I found some at Kohls.
