How to make those stains just right?

Hi

I have been borrowing from this hot little neighbour and have started
a swap in system where I have purchased the same pairs that I swap in
for her dirty ones. Problem is I can't keep swapping in clean for dirty!

Any ideas how I get the little white stains looking just right and
smelling feminine?
