Navy officers' panties

Saw some Navy officers today, including a couple of women, with the white dress uniforms. White can facilitate seeing panties color or VPL, so I took a good look at them!

The uniform material is not really thick or opaque enough to hide the panties. The two women seemed to have fullback panties, white, and there was a good VPL. But they also had something that looked look white shorts over them - maybe to make the panties a little less obvious. I guess it worked a little.

Anyone else had similar view? I wonder what it's like to go out knowing that even though you try to cover it, everyone's going to see the line, color, and style of your panties? Embarassed
