so a friend told me about this site, stories, and photos but i can't see those.
growing up, my mother and sister and friends, etc., drilled into us never to let our panties show. so i got paranoid about it and was always checking and making sure, we all did.
at that age, it was more just embarrassing if someone saw it (a boy, even another girl sort of), kind of like if someone saw you cry. of course crying in school was much worse. but if they saw it was not really sexual.
then, probably junior high, i noticed boys trying really hard to see it, dropping the stupid pencil trick, but also under stairs, trying to sit across for up skirt, or walking behind to see down back to the panties. so i realized they were excited about it and somehow i also got excited.
but never wanting to let them see mine, i was still very careful. but of course, a couple of times, i either noticed they were showing or a friend told me, i immediately looked around and make sure no one saw then tucked it in, etc.
but a couple of times, i'd see that someone had seen the panties, and although i was embarrassed and wouldn't make the eye contact, i was somehow excited also. and to realize that they wanted to see them mine so bad, it was kind of exciting.
and then i started to look at other girls, to see if theirs were showing. and what kind they had. if it was a friend, i would tell her, also tell her "so and so looking at your underwear" and they would get embarrassed. but i looked at the kind and color. and sometimes tell the other girls what the girl's panties were that day.
if not a friend, i wouldn't tell her. but kind of exciting to watch guys try to see it, and see the girl realize it was showing and try to cover it.
surprised that some people steal or give them away or even sell them. no one has mine, except maybe from laundromat washing machine. which is disgusting. that someone would steal mine or to hold some stranger's underwear.

being the most comfortable is usually the most important for me. though the look important too, i hate showing vpl even though i do admit i look for it on other girls sometimes.!
i use bikinis mostly, cotton. if i'm wearing skirt or dress, i like french cut cottons, but not with slacks or jeans, they ride too high in back sometimes. sometimes i use those really flat no elastic ones for tight clothes / exercising.
i also wash and clean any panties as well as possible, try to get out as much stain as i can. of course eventually you can't. but would you want pee or shit stains in your briefs or boxers?! neither do i.

so mine did show today, and i think some people saw them.
i was at coffee shop, near the door, and after a while, when door opened, i felt cold air on my lower back.
i immediately turned around and touched with my hand, sure enough my panties were too high. i pushed them back down, way down, but as i was looking around a girl was looking right at my butt, she might have seen them.
also a guy later walked really close behind me, looked like he was trying to secretly look straight down. so probably he saw them earlier also. but when he walked by i checked with hand again and my top was down and the panties way under my jeans.
