You guys got it all wrong... I'm not saying its OK to violate a woman's privacy. Never said its OK to sneak into a woman's bathroom, or violate her "expectation of privacy". Walking up stairs the stairs or escalator at a mall, is not a place for "expectation of privacy". The locker room is, the bathroom is. Your own apartment is.

I specifically say that ITS NOT OK to violate a woman's privacy. Violating is grabbing and pulling the skirt up. Violating is sneaking into the women's locker room or bathroom.

It is NOT violating to videotape a woman going up the escalator in a short skirt, or looking up a skirt from the lower level. It is NOT violating to look up a woman's skirt while she sits on stairs, and you're on the lower level.

What I'm saying is, if a woman doesn't want to risk exposing her panties, then cover them better. Its the law of physics. Just like if you don't want anyone to see your panties, you don't wear white thin pants, and black panties right? A skirt has its characteristics which you risk showing what's under. Put one one, and try your best to climb a ladder, or perform gymnastics without showing your panties.

Guys, I'm with most of you on this... I would never grab a woman just to look at her panties, or violate her personal space to get a panty peek. And don't tell me, that every panty peek you've seen is the result of the woman "showing" you on purpose.
