I'm not sure I totally understand the fetish of mine. About 3 years ago I was diagnost with testicular cancer, it had spread to both and the tumor had ruptured so I had to have surgery ASAP. My girlfriend was very scared as they started talking about survivablity percentages, which were not to great since the cancer had spead. Anyway I had the surgery and had both testicles removed, with the aid of perscribed testosterone my sex life did not suffer too much, (that made her somewhat happy again). After surgery I was unable to wear the jockey shorts I normally wore or boxers both hurt too much. My girlfriend said I should try wearing her panties as the cut would be a little more comfortable, probably. I refused at first but she dared me, so I did. She wore only satin string bikini's, very few cotton ones. She was right, it was much more comfortable for me to wear, plus the silky fabric kind of turned me on. I really turned her on. So I wore them the whole time during my recuperation. After fully recovering I went back to wearing my regular shorts, but she still wanted me to wear hers. I have to admit, I really enjoyed wearing her panties, it was very sensual to feel the satin fabric slide against me. I asked her if she had the same kind of sensations, she said, sometimes she was aware of the silky caress sometimes not. Anyway, I've taken to wearing her panties almost everyday now and we've amassed a huge collection of satin, silk, nylon, and microfiber panties. You can not feel weird about wearing panties. Guys deserve the great feel of satin and the like. I wear panties at every opportunity,(which is most of the time) Panties are a good way to let yourself be free! Don't worry about the feeling weird part. Your O.K. with me! Wear panties!

Don't try to figure it out, just enjoy it! My husband still has mixed emotions sometimes about his panty fetish, even after all these years. I always tell him there's absolutely nothing wrong with it and that he should enjoy it to it's fullest, especially since it gives him such great pleasure, I should say since it gives both of us great pleasure. Since our panty fetish began years ago our sex has been much more intense AND much more often! I attribute that to the panty fetish. What could possibly be wrong anything that heightens your sexual experiences! He wonders sometimes if this might mean he has gay tendencies. ABSOLUTLEY NOT! To me it means he is just a very sensual person, not afraid of his "feminine" side.
For me, any guy that can admit he loves to wear panties or lingerie, is being honest and should be commended. I think it's society and the stereo types that make some of you feel funny. Hell, I'll wear his T shirts and even his jockey's sometimes because it makes me feel closer to him when he's away. Nobody seems to have a problem when women wear clothes designed after mens fashions. Like suits. And what about "boyshort" panties? I wonder what they were designed after!
Anyway, embrace and enjoy and don't pay attention to what anyone else thinks. I'm sure they have their own fetishes they would want anyone else to know about, Right?

There is definitely a double standard in our society in regards to this. I bought some T-shirts the other day in the men's department of a large department store, and 80% of the customers buying men's underwear were women. No one gave them a second look. A few weeks back I went to the lingerie department of the same store to pick out some satin panties and a lace garter belt, and based on the looks of some of the clerks working there, I thought they were going to call the cops. I consider myself a "mans man" but I definitely enjoy the sensual, sexy feel of satin, silk and nylon next to my skin. I hope that doesn't make me sound less "manly" admitting that, but if it does, so be it. A much wiser person than I once told me, "it's only fabric, so enjoy." Sterling, it sounds like you have been through a lot in your life, and you have someone to enjoy the lingerie with you. Your fortunate to have someone so understanding by your side. My advice? Enjoy yourself and this new found passion with your lady!

I think I'll hop down off the soapbox now, follow my own advice, and slip on something a little more comfortable...hmm maybe something satin...
