Hello! An American panty-perv here! Great link you provided there, Michele, but if you scroll down on this very page and look to the bottom left, you'll find that site already listed. And I'm sure members here visit it quite often. I know I do! Although I agree that Brits do the panty fetish thing better than us Yanks, I wouldn't say we're "miles behind."
