Haven't heard of them either. Wikipedia states that Modal is used in some VS panties:
"Modal is also the main textile used in the Supersoft styles of panties in the Angels by Victoria's Secret collection, sleepwear by Gap Body, and items in Lululemon Athletica's casual line. Old Navy also uses Modal in their sleep wear and clothing lines"

| They're very soft and thin cotton stretch panties. they feel great!! I have a few pairs-thongs,bikinis- and I love them. :P you won't be disappointed.
