I adore Lottie’s tight black skirt. I love skirts like that. My first one came from River Island, and ai learnt a lot about skirts. Basically, tell the sales ladies you want to wear a skirt and can they help. Otherwise you will end up with a skirt which you can’ put on because the waist is too narrow, I had to go back. I had thought that the sales lady was offhand and disinterested, but it was me! In trying to look anonymous I had not given her anything to react to. She was actually very sympathetic, and I ended up with a really pretty skirt which I took home and was able to put on properly! She also said I had bought a bra and panty set which was way too small and had she known I was shopping for myself she would have directed me to a properly fitting set. Let the ladies know. It’s just business, nothing more. I didn’t leave River Island in my black skirt, though I am sure my sales lady would have let me!

There is also the wonderful simplicity Lottie demonstrates of just knickers, blouse and skirt. You can kit up and go to the shop, sweet! I prefer the confidence given to me by wearing a nice cuppy bra with straps clasped tight, but braless is good too.

On a poignant note, I have just marvelled at these pretty panties being worn by Zoe Page. Now they are going to be cut up. I hope against hope they got to survive a bit longer! Lottie looks nice in them, and I would love to have been able to try them on as well.
