Hard to tell, kind of in shadow. I would say cotton, but not sure. Looked like bikinis, my favorite kind along with hicut briefs.

Nice peek today, I was at a library looking for a book. I happened to an older lady with a younger girl, looked like she was tutoring her in maths or something. I noticed that the girl's sweatshirt was just barely reaching her waist. And her jeans were a little low.

There was a small dark gap between the top and jeans. I thought maybe if she moved right if her pantis were high they might show. So I was looking a book in that isle, then turned toward them again, and the girl kind of streatched up talking about some maths issue. And I saw some pink with white polka dots.

But still not sure if it was panties or just a T-shirt under the sweatshirt, common to wear. But when she moved and sat different, then I saw a good two inchs of panties. The pink part was a wide waist band, the actual underwear was white, two inches or so. Very Happy

They didn't pay any attention to me, finally I went back to my real book, and had to bend down. Because of what I saw I reaching back to see if my own panties were sticking out. But they were tucked down. Laughing

Saw a good one today, a community festival, a girl, late teens, waist length top and jeans, very nice full butt!!

She bent over to pick something up, must have been aware of possibly showing her panties, because she tried to hold the jeans up with one hand while reaching for the thing on the ground.

But it didn't work! Embarassed

the top was short, i always notice that!!

and she had a belt, but the slacks were low rise, so i walked behind, and the top rode up enough and the slacks were low enough, even with belt, so there was a inch or little more of her white with polka dot panties!! Embarassed
